How To Reach

By Air – Nearest major Airport is Bagdogra Airport nearly 130 kilometers from Gangtok. There is a helicopter service to Bagdogra Airport from Gangtok and can be chartered.

By Rail – There is no railway system in Sikkim. The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri station in Siliguri which 135 kilometers away. New Jalpaiguri is well linked up with the rest of India.  

By Road - Gangtok is well connected with road from Siliguri, Kalimpong, Gangtok and the road is maintained by the Border Road Organization. National highway number 31 A connects Siliguri with Gangtok.
